I’m always surprised when summer arrives and the end of the year is approaching. As a child the months seemed to pass so slowly. As an adult the holidays seem to come around in the blink of an eye. Once again we are at the point where we look forward to the smells of salt water, sunscreen and barbeques.

Movemeber has just concluded and it’s been a rewarding experience having fun growing a moustache and helping highlight a worthy cause, men’s health. The message of being proactive with our personal health resonates well with our core value of prioritising prevention of disease and maintenance of heath for our patients. Thanks to so many of you who donated in support of Movember. I think I did ok for my first ever moustache!
We have had our Mitcham Dental Clinic end of year/Christmas party. This is a great opportunity to get together with partners. This year we had a lazy Sunday afternoon garden party at Madame Brussels Cocktail Bar on Bourke St. Pop over to our Facebook to check out the photos.
We also continue with our baby boom with Lauren, Rachel and Maree leaving for maternity leave next year. We’re excited to have Elisha returning from maternity leave and will soon be introducing some new faces to join us.
Our last day this year will be Friday 21st December and we will be returning to work on Monday 7th January at 8am. We have organised emergency back up with All Day Every Day Dental who you can contact on (03) 9853 1811.
